Preparation and Presentation of Case in International Arbitration Open Class
Witness Evidence and Expert Evidence
Tsinghua Law School International Arbitration and Dispute Settlement (IADS) Program is opening a two-day class of Preparation and Presentation of Case in International Arbitration course to practitioners. The class will familiarize practitioners with taking of witness evidence and expert evidence in international arbitration. In particular, participants can expect a practical demonstration on taking of witness evidence and expert evidence through an interactive scenario. Practitioners can learn how to present witness evidence and expert evidence in the arbitral hearing and how to prepare written witness statements and expert evidence.
