About Law School

Tsinghua University Law School has an excellent faculty, with 48 full-time teachers, including 35 professors, 12 associate professors, 1 assistant professor, among whom 46 hold a doctoral degree. More than 87% of the teachers have long-term overseas study and research experience.

Tsinghua University Law School offers high-quality undergraduate degree education, and confers doctoral and master degrees in the first-level discipline of law, recruiting undergraduates, master and doctoral students worldwide. Undergraduate education covers law major and law (international) major. Postgraduate education includes all majors except military law, as well as the Juris Master (LL.M.) for foreign students (including the direction of Chinese Law, International Arbitration and Dispute Settlement, Intellectual Property and Innovation Policy).

The law discipline is one of the key priority disciplines for construction and development in Tsinghua University. Tsinghua University Law School has attained a high academic level and developed strong research strength. The law school stresses student training, emphasizing both academic research and teaching, and combining theory with practice; meanwhile, it values international exchanges and carries out extensive and in-depth cooperation with a number of world-class law schools, gaining high international reputation and influence.
