Tsinghua Law Journal was approved by the General Administration of Press and Publication of China in January 2007 and officially launched on May 8 of the same year. The journal is sponsored by Tsinghua University and edited by the Editorial Department of Tsinghua Law Journal at School of Law, Tsinghua University. In recent years, adhering to the principles of engaging with reality, driving innovation, and pursuing intellectual depth, the journal has published a series of high-level articles on major topics, which have received strong public acclaim.
